When you place an order with Envirosax you will be asked to submit personal details including name, mailing address, phone number and email address for order confirmation only.

You will be sent an e-mail following registration, please keep this safe. When ordering we will also require your credit card information. This will only be used to charge your account for goods purchased. Should you encounter any difficulties with this, simply call the eco friendly bag people

As we do not condone the use of marketing partners, the only people who will ever have access to any of your details is Envirosax.

We also guarantee that we will not send you any unsolicited emails. The only way you will ever receive an email from us is during the normal course of processing your order or if you have specified in the checkout section that you would like to receive further updates of new ranges or sale items as they come available.

We wish to advise that your details and information including shopping habits will remain confidential at all times without exception.

Order Confirmation

After submitting your order you will receive an email containing an order number, an estimated delivery date, order details, and contact details. Should it be necessary a customer care operator will contact you, for instance if an item you selected were unavailable.

Back orders

It is possible that one of the items you have purchased has been placed on back order. This means that our warehouse is currently out of stock of that item but we are expecting further deliveries. You will receive an email advising you of this and the date you should expect your order to be fulfilled. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time. If paying by credit card you will not be charged until your goods are despatched to you.

Security

We protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all order information to avoid decoding of that information as it travels over the internet.
